Part of my responsibility as a journalist is reporting the bad news. (Haha. "Journalist." In honor of MLK Day, I too have a dream. Apologies to all you real journalists out there.)
Bad news is synonymous with University of Louisville football.
Which is why it comes as little surprise that there is another departure. This time it's RB coach Tony Alford. Alford, who was instrumental in the development of Big East Freshman of the Year Victor Anderson, is off to Notre Dame to serve in the same capacity.
But we're clicking on the hardwood, the Steelers are in the Super Bowl, and tomorrow George Bush is no longer the leader of the free world. So I'm hangin' in there.
